Abstract:

To explore the characteristics of warehouse rental and service pricing in the warehouse sharing market, a dynamic game model of bilateral market has been established. Considering the interaction between warehouse owners and renters, this paper first analyzes the warehouse sharing market from the perspective of supply and demand, then analyzes the characteristics of sharing price and service price under different objectives (owners' revenue maximization/social welfare maximization), respectively. The results show that the sharing price has structural characteristics under different objectives. The healthy development of integrated services in the warehouse sharing market needs to control risks and reduce service costs, and the type of the renters' risk preferences will affect the range of service pricing.
