摘要: 肝癌是全球领先的致命恶性肿瘤. 缺氧是肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment, TME) 的显著特征, 缺氧诱导因子-1a (hypoxia-inducible factor 1a, HIF-1a) 是缺氧反应中 重要的转录调节因子. 非编码RNA (non-coding RNA, ncRNA) 在调控肝癌的发病机制和进 展方面起着重要的作用. 综述了缺氧环境下ncRNA 在肝癌发生、上皮间质转化和血管形成中 的病理作用, 并讨论了ncRNA 作为人类肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC) 诊断工 具和治疗靶点的潜在应用.

Abstract: Liver cancer is the leading global lethal malignancy. Hypoxia in the tumor microenvironment is a hallmark of the tumor microenvironment, and hypoxia-inducible factor-1a is the most important transcriptional regulator in response to hypoxia. Non- coding RNA (ncRNA) play a crucial role in regulating the pathogenesis and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). This review comprehensively summarizes the pathological roles of ncRNA in hepatocarcinogenesis, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and angiogen- esis under hypoxic environments, and discusses the potential applications of ncRNA as diagnostic tools and therapeutic targets for human HCC.
