摘要: 在准同步的框架内,首次提出并证明多重平均后电压、电流有效值和功率测量误差的数学表达式,根据该表达式可以计算出有限次平均后结果的误差大小,或者在确定的准确度下给出多少重平均次数的估计.同时分析了采样起始点与误差的关系,给出了最佳采样起始点.

Abstract: In the paper, a mathematical expression for errors in measuring effective values of AC voltage and current, and power with multiple averaging under qu asisynchronization is presented and proven. Errors after multiple averaging over the sampled data can be obtained. The number of averages can be determined to give a required accuracy. In addition, relationship between the first sampling p oint and the error is analyzed, and the choice of an optimal starting point for sampling is discussed.
