Abstract: The kernel of cloud computing is to provide IT services on demand, which has great impact on providers of IT infrastructure. An architecture design is roposed for INACloud, a cloud operating system targeted at small and medium enterprises. INACloud tries to obtain a balance among solutions to the operational problems, selfinnovation, and open-source software utilization. It is specially designed in resource scheduling, monitoring and accounting to cater for the dynamic resource demands from Internet applications.
