摘要:

以2,6二甲基1,4二氢吡啶3,5二甲酸二乙酯为原料,经氧化、肼解反应后,在水

相中与芳香醛缩合得到6个酰腙化合物,并经质谱、红外、核磁共振进行了结构表征.

Abstract:

2,6dimethyl1,4dihydro3,5pyridinedicarboxybic diesters was oxidized, hy

drazinnolized and then condensed with aroylaldehydes in aqueous suspension to sy

nthesize six acylhydrazones 4a~4f.Their structures were confirmed by MS, IR

and 1HNMR spectra.
