金荞麦超临界CO2流体的萃取工艺

Extraction of Fagopyrum Dibotrys (D.Don) Hara through CO2 Supercritical Fluid

摘要: 研究金荞麦超临界CO2流体萃取过程中压力、温度、时间、CO2流量和物料粒度的影响,确定了提取工艺.对超临界CO2流体萃取与石油醚索氏抽提、石油醚浸渍法提取工艺萃取物得率进行比较,前者更佳.对萃余物经过60%乙醇提取的部位进行α葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性实验,结果表明,经超临界CO2流体萃取后的金荞麦,其提取部位的抑制活性比索氏提取及浸渍法效果要好.

Abstract: The experiment was focused on the extraction of Fagopyrum dibotrys (D.Don) Hara through supercritical fluid. Factors such as pressure, temperature, time, CO2 fluid velocity, and material size are taken to optimize the processes. Extraction from the supercritical fluid shows better result compared to Fagopyrum dibotrys (D.Don) Hara treated by petroleum ether in Soxhlet apparatus with Allihn condenser. The inhibitory activity of α-glucosidase experiment on the residua part after the extraction from 60% ethanol indicates that Fagopyrum dibotrys (D.Don) Hara after the CO2 supercritical fluid extraction has better effect on inhibitory activity than Soxhlet extraction and saturation method.
