摘要: 用电路仿真软件分析了影响微波整流二极管转换效率的因素,用电磁场全波分析软件研究整流天线的接收天线和LPF(低通滤波器),在此基础上,提出整流天线优化设计的一体化分析模型.设计制作了工作于10 GHz的整流天线,并在微波暗室中完成实验测量.实测结果与仿真值较为吻合,测得最大输出电压为2.45 V,最高转换效率为58%.最后总结了影响整流天线效率的诸因素,提出进一步提高整流天线效率的途径.

Abstract: An optimization model of the rectenna is proposed based on analysis of the factors influencing conversion efficiency of the rectifying diode using circuit simulation software, and investigation of the receiving antenna and LPF using full-wave electromagnetic field simulation software. A 10GHz-rectenna was designed and manufactured. Experiments were carried out in an anechoic chamber. Measured data agree well with the simulation results. The measured output voltage reaches 2.45 V and the RF-DC conversion efficiency is about 58%. Factors affecting the efficiency of rectenna are summarized and methods for improving rectifying efficiency suggested.
