摘要:

对经过高温热处理的CrMo钢模拟试样进行了高频超声测试,对获得的底面反射波信号进行了时域分析和基于傅里叶变换的频域分析,得到了相应的超声波衰减系数、速度、底面反射波频率的变化,并建立了它们与试样平均晶粒尺寸之间的关系,对利用超声脉冲反射技术进行材料热疲劳损伤进展的早期评价具有实际意义.

Abstract:

This paper describes a high frequency ultrasonic testing of Cr-Mo steel samples heat-treated at high temperature. Reflected echoes were analyzed both in the time and frequency domains. Ultrasonic characteristics such as attenuation coefficient, velocity and frequency of samples being tested were obtained. Relationships between these parameters and the average grain diameter of samples were also obtained. These results are useful in early assessment of material thermal fatigue development based on ultrasonic pulseecho techniques.
