摘要：

为探讨仓储共享市场中的仓库租赁和服务定价特征, 基于仓库租用双方都是理性人的假设, 建立一个双边市场动态博弈模型. 考虑仓库拥有者和租用者之间的交互作用, 首先从供需关系角度对仓储共享市场进行分析, 然后分别对共享价格和服务价格特征进行分析. 结果表明, 共享价格具有结构化特征, 对于共享价格拥有者得益最大化定价不低于社会福利最大化定价; 仓储共享市场中一体化服务的发展需要控制风险和降低服务成本, 而市场中租用者的风险偏好类型会影响其得益和拥有者的服务定价范围.

Abstract:

To explore the characteristics of warehouse rental and service pricing in the warehouse sharing market, a dynamic game model of bilateral market has been established. Considering the interaction between warehouse owners and renters, this paper first analyzes the warehouse sharing market from the perspective of supply and demand, then analyzes the characteristics of sharing price and service price under different objectives (owners' revenue maximization/social welfare maximization), respectively. The results show that the sharing price has structural characteristics under different objectives. The healthy development of integrated services in the warehouse sharing market needs to control risks and reduce service costs, and the type of the renters' risk preferences will affect the range of service pricing.
