Bisphenol A in the Aquatic Environment and Its Toxic Effects on FishXU

Abstract: Bisphenol A (BPA) is a well-known endocrine-disrupting chemical present in aquatic environments, and has a potential threat on the aquatic ecosystem safety. Based on the studies, this paper reviews the literature concerning contamination status of BPA in various water bodies and its endocrine-disruptive, reproductive,
immunological and neurotoxic effects on fish, shows the importance of the BPA study and suggests directions of the future research.
