Abstract: Knowledge acquisition becomes increasingly important in business management. With the rapid development of Internet and its applications, a huge mount of data is generated. Thus, enterprise managers need to acquire potential knowledge from the massive information source to support the business peration and management. According to an analysis of previous researches, a procedure of website knowledge acquisition is designed based on web data mining. A case study based on dianping.com is carried out. This research can help people understand the great influence of knowledge acquisition towards business operation and management and provide advices to enterprises in knowledge acquisition.
