Abstract:
This paper proposes a deflicker algorithm based on multiframe reference of blocked video. The algorithm estimates every block’s flicker gain by considering the temporal change in multiframes to adjust intensity of the current frame by using this flickgainmodel. We design a motion detector to correct motion blur caused by the adjustment of the flicker model. The algorithm can effectively remove video flicker and has low computation complexity therefore faster processing speed.
