Abstract:

A method of acquiring pipeline vibration noise is studied, and sampling of pipeline vibration signals using an acceleration sensor introduced. Based on frequency analysis of vortex signal and pipeline vibration signal, frequency of pipeline vibration signals is directly correlated with the frequency of main noise component. The frequency characteristics of main noise in vortex signal can be obtained indirectly by acquiring the pipeline vibration acceleration signal. Implementation of vortex signal filtering using a self-adaptation filter with the characteristics of pipeline vibration signal as input is verified.
