Abstract:
ZnS and C60 nanowire arrays were fabricated with a hydrothermal method using porous aluminum oxide membrane as templates in a tank of pressure at certain temperature. Images of ZnS and C60 nanowires are obtained by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) respectively. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectrum and selected area electron diffraction (SAED) are employed to study morphology and chemical composition of the nanowires. The results indicate that all ZnS and C60 nanowires have ordered nano-array structure, and ZnS has a polycrystalline structure. Fluorescence spectroscopy was determined by 332 nm UV-light, and had a special fluorescence property with a strong characteristic emission appearing at 519 nm. The action mechanism of alumina template on the growing and its application prospects are investigated.
