Abstract: This paper simulates the process of an airlaunched missile traversing across a shockwave, using a dualtime method based on a motive chimera grids and the K-ω turbulent model. By studying a simple 2D model, the results provide useful reference for understanding interference between the moving missile and the shockware, which may directly affect the velocity and trajectory of the missile.
