Abstract: In this paper, computation of two special determinants that appear in the constr uction of a function valued Padé type approximation for computing the second kind Fredholm integral equation is investigated. Since the common computational approach of determinant cannot be used in this case, the well known Schur complement theorem is used in this paper.
