Abstract: In this paper, we discuss the solvability of the finite groups all of whose conjugacy classes of non-abelian subgroups are no more than 3. And thus we study the non-p-groups whose conjugacy classes of non-abelian subgroups are equal to 2. This kind of groups is completely classified.
