Abstract: Impedance spectroscopy has been used to investigate the conduction mechanism in the high temperature ceramics 0.63(Bi0.94La0.06)(Ga0.05Fe0.95)O3-0.37PbTiO3(BLGF-PT). The analysis of impedance and modulus spectroscopy has revealed that the region of grains is the most resistive component in the sample. Also, the electrical properties of BLGFPT ceramics are demonstrated, which can be represented using a parallel combination of a resistor and a universal capacitor. Resistivity of grains extracted from complex impedance plots decrease with the increase of temperature, and the calculated activation energy Ea is 0.88 eV.
