摘要: 基于Hummel-Dreyer毛细管电泳方法研究经噬菌体展示库生物淘洗亲和筛选出的噬菌体和丹酚酸B之间的结合作用,结合系数由PRISM软件中Scatchard方程曲线拟合计算得出.实验结果表明,筛选出的该噬菌体克隆的表面蛋白和丹酚酸B具有特异性的结合作用,也说明利用毛细管电泳测定噬菌体和丹酚酸B的结合系数是可行的.

Abstract: Binding activity between Salvianolic acid B and selected phages from affinity biopanning in phage display library were studied with capillary lectrophoresis based on the Hummel-Dreyer methods. The binding constant was calculated with Scatchard analysis using PRISM software. The results indicate that the surface proteins expressed by the phage clone interact specifically with Salvianolic acid B, and it is feasible to determine the binding constant between the selected phage and Salvianolic acid B using CE.
