隧道联络通道冻结法施工三维有限元温度场分析

摘要: 人工冻结法是一种经济可靠的隧道联络通道开挖方法.在冻结法施工过程中,冻结壁厚度是否达到设计要求是安全施工的重要保证.该文考虑了实际施工过程中冻结管偏斜布置的情况,利用三维有限元方法对上海复兴东路越江隧道联络通道进行温度场模拟.针对单排冻结管和双排冻结管,分别在冻结壁底部、中部和顶部建立路径,绘制每条路径的温度分布曲线,查看不同路径处冻结壁厚度及其随时间发展变化情况,得出有意义的结论,对联络通道安全施工有重要参考价值.

Abstract: Artificial freezing method is an economical and effective method for digging connection aisles between tunnels. During the freezing, whether or not the wall reaches the designed thickness is important for safe construction. In this paper, the temperature field in the connection aisle of Shanghai East-Fuxing Road tunnels is computed using 3D FEM. The inclined installation of freezing tubes is taken into account in the computation. Paths are established in the bottom, middle and top of the freezing wall for single and double rows of the freezing tubes. Temperature distribution curves are plotted for each path. Significant conclusions can be drawn through observation of the patterns of freezing wall thickness changing with time. The results are useful for safe construction of tunnel connection aisles.
