摘要：

用强耦合理论分析了耦合式渐逝波温度传感器的传感机理，在此基础上设计了一种基于单片机的温度传感系统，并引入硬件和软件双重补偿修正，来消除前端电路噪声影响，达到提高测量结果稳定性的目的.针对半导体激光二极管随环境温度变化的光谱漂移特性对测量结果造成的影响，通过大量实验并综合考虑成本因素，提出一种基于软件补偿的解决方法，即通过增强型单片机片内集成的温度传感器完成对测量结果的补偿,从而获得光纤温度传感器上的准确温度值.实验证明，经过补偿后的温度测量精度达到±1 ℃.

Abstract:

The mechanism of coupled evanescent wave temperature sensors is analyzed with the theory of strong coupling. A temperature detection system based on a micro-controller is designed. To eliminate circuit noise, hardware and software filters are introduced to improve stability of the temperature detection system. The optical spectrum of LD light sources will change with the ambient temperature. This will cause instability and poor precision of the detected temperature due to the relationship between wavelength and the coupling ratio. To deal with this problem, the microcontroller's embedded temperature sensor is proposed to use to compensate for the errors in the temperature detected by the optic fiber sensor. Experiments show that the temperature precision can reach ±1 ℃.
