广西龙血竭游离黄酮类化合物的分离鉴定及活性研究

Separation, Identification and Activity of Free Flavonoids in Resina Draconis

摘要: 根据血竭中游离黄酮存在着酸性差异,采用溶剂除杂,转溶于乙醚,再用pH梯度萃取得到不同酸性的黄酮,进而对弱酸性组分分离纯化得到2个单体化合物.通过考察不同提取部位对α-D-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性的变化,发现弱酸性成分的活性较强,比血竭全粉提高45.5%,为研究龙血竭中黄酮类化合物对α-D-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用提供依据.

Abstract: According to different acidity of free Flavonoids in Resina Draconis, different acidic lavonoids were extracted with the pH gradient extraction method from ethyl ether. Two compounds were isolated from weak acidicmixture. Weak acidic compounds showed higher activity in comparing to the crude powder of Guangxi Resina Draconis with 45.5% increase of IC50. This provides a useful reference to the study of inhibitive activity of flavones for α-D-glucosidase enzyme.
