摘要:

轴流泵内部流动是复杂的湍流流动.基于RANS方程,采用Standard kε、RNGkε和Realizable kε 3种湍流模型,对ns=1000的模型轴流泵在不同工况下的内部流动进行了三维湍流数值模拟.计算了水泵的扬程和效率,并与试验值进行了对比和分析.计算结果表明,在水泵运行的高效段,3种湍流模型计算扬程的相对误差不大于4%,偏离最优工况时不同湍流模式表现出不同的特性.

Abstract:

The internal flow within axial flow pump is a complicated turbulent flow. Based on the 3D RANS equations, the standard kε, RNG kε and realizable kε turbulent models are used in 3D numerical simulation of the interior flow within an axial flow pump with the specific speed equal to 1 000 under different operating conditions. The head and efficiency of axial flow pump are calculated and compared with experimental data. Relative errors between the calculated heads derived from different models and the experimental heads on high efficient zones of the pump are less than 4%. Different models have different characteristics deviated from optimal operating conditions.
