摘要:

对锥阀结构的电子膨胀阀的流量特性进行了分析,在此基础上,提出了一种阀板式电子膨胀阀的结构设计,并对其进行分析.能够很好地改善流量特性,并具有低泄漏、高线性度的优点.这为流量精确控制提供了基础,对于提高空调系统性能至关重要,对空调系统的舒适性和节能性具有现实意义.

Abstract:

Discharge characteristic of the cone valve structure is studied. Based on this, a new structure of electronic expansion valve (EEV) is proposed. The new structure can improve discharge characteristics. It also has some additional merits including low leakage and good linearity. All these provide a platform to control flux accurately. It is useful in improving performance of air conditioning systems.
