摘要:

样品经HNO 3-H 2 O 2高压密闭非完全消化,加入聚乙二醇辛基醚(OP-10)乳化剂处理试液,以La 2 O 3为释放剂,用FAAS测定奶粉中高含量钙;同时对消化时间、消化剂以及OP-10用量等进行了优化选择.实验结果表明,此方法回收率达到101%~104%,精密度为0.29%.

Abstract:

A method of incomplete digestion with flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) for the determination of high calcium content in milk powder is reported. The sample milk powder was incompletely digested with HNO 3H 2 O 2 in a pressurized vessel. Emulsifier OP-10 and releasing agent lanthanum were added for FAAS determination of calcium. Parameters were optimized. Recovery of the method was in the range of 101%~104% with RSD 0.29%.
