摘要:

给出了一种新型全光增益平坦动态增益箝制EDFA的结构.通过采用两级放大,在输出端增加光栅和增益均衡滤波器,在获得高增益低噪声、C波段内平坦增益谱和动态增益箝制效果的同时又兼顾了经济性.仿真结果表明,该结构具有良好的增益箝制性能,在增加/移去波长时,剩余波长的增益保持不变.

Abstract:

A novel alloptical EDFA with flat and clamped gain is presented. By using a 2-stage amplifier and adding fiber grating and a gain-flattening filter at the output port, high gain and low noise factor are obtained. Flatness and clamping gain in the C band and the cost is also considered. Simulation results show that this configuration has a good gain-clamping characteristic. When some wavelengths are added or dropped, the gain of remaining channels keeps constant.
