Effect of Cu on New Cr22 Economical Duplex Stainless Steels

摘要: 研究Cu对新型节镍Cr22双相不锈钢(duplex stainless steels,DSSs)的显微组织、力学性能及腐蚀性能的影响.研究结果表明,Cu元素在该系列成分双相不锈钢中是较强的奥氏体形成元素,质量分数为0.69%的Cu可使Cr22 DSSs在不同温度固溶处理后的奥氏体体积分数增加约8%.节镍型Cr22 DSSs的室温屈服强度和抗拉强度分别在490和750 MPa左右, Cu元素可适当提高Cr22 DSSs的室温延伸和腐蚀性能.新开发的节镍型Cr22 DSSs与目前广泛使用的304奥氏体不锈钢相比,成本大幅度降低,且力学性能和腐蚀性能得到提高.

Abstract: Influence of Cu on microstructure, mechanical and corrosion properties of a new family of Cr22 duplex stainless steels (DSSs) is investigated. The results indicate that Cu can greatly increase volume fraction of austenite and enhance elongation and corrosion resistance. The yield stress and tensile strength of new economical Cr22 DSSs reach approximately 490 and 750 MPa respectively. The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the new economical Cr22 DSSs are better than those of AISI304.
