Stability of Fiber Grating Preparation Structure

摘要: 从制备过程的稳定性和精确性角度深入分析相位掩模法制备布拉格光纤光栅的各个环节.通过模拟和实验,验证了掩模板若干参数对制备过程的稳定性和精确性的影响,证实了光纤光敏性与曝光量的关系.在实验中就如何提高聚焦效果、如何稳定光纤光栅中心波长等问题进行了有益的研究,并取得了一些成果,为高精度、批量化制备温度稳定性光纤光栅提供了一种新型的实施方案.

Abstract: We analyze stability and accuracy of fiber Bragg grating with a phaseshift mask in the preparation process. By simulation and experiments, we have verified effects of some parameters that affect stability and accuracy of preparation. Meanwhile, we show the relationship between light sensitivity and exposure in the fiber. We also study how to improve the focus effect and stability of the centre wavelength of fiber Bragg grating. As a result, we provide a new scheme for batch processing temperaturestable fiber grating wit high precision.
