表层嵌贴预应力 CFRP 板条加固 RC 梁抗弯性能有限元分析

摘要:

利用 ABAQUS 有限元软件对表层嵌贴预应力碳纤维增强复合材料 (carbon fiber reinforced polymer/plastic, CFRP) 板条加固钢筋混凝土 (reinforced concrete, RC) 梁的抗弯性能进行非线性有限元分析. 首先, 通过模拟试验中的5根表层嵌贴预应力 CFRP 板条加固 RC 梁, 将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行对比, 以验证所建立模型的正确性; 然后, 利用验证后的有限元模型深入分析 CFRP 预应力水平、CFRP 加固量、混凝 土强度等级、纵向配筋率等因素对钢筋混凝土加固梁抗弯性能的影响. 分析结果表明: CFRP 预应力水平和 CFRP 加固量对 RC 梁的开裂荷载影响较大; 纵向配筋率对 RC 梁的承载力影响较大; 混凝土强度等级对 RC 梁的抗弯性能有一定的影响, 但是不如其他影响因素明显.

Abstract:

Flexural performance of reinforced concrete (RC) beams strengthened with near-surface-mounted pre-stressed carbon fiber reinforced polymer/plastic (CFRP) strips is analyzed using the finite element software ABAQUS. Correctness of the model is shown by simulating five RC beams strengthened with near-surface-mounted pre-stressed CFRP strips and comparing the results with test. Then the finite element model is used for deep analysis of the flexural performance of RC beams. The beams are affected by different factors such as the pre-stress level of CFRP, amount of CFRP reinforcement, and longitudinal reinforcement ratio and concrete strength grade. Results of the analysis show that the pre-stress level of CFRP and the amount of CFRP reinforcement have greater influence on the cracking load of RC beams. The longitudinal reinforcement ratio has greater influence on the bearing capacity of RC beams. Strength grade of the concrete has some influence on the flexural performance of RC beams, but not as obvious as other factors.
