Synthesis and Characterization of MSU-1 and Heteroatom Substituted 
MSU-1 Molecular Sieves under Neutral pH Conditions

Abstract: MSU-1 mesoporous molecular sieve and its Fe, Cu, Ti, Co, Cr and Zr derivatives were synthesized using lauryl alcoholpolyoxyethylene ether (23) as a t emplating agent under the neutral pH conditions and were characterized by XRD, F TIR and SEM. Effects of the synthesis parameters such as surfactant/SiO2 ratio, NaF/SiO2 ratio and synthesis temperature on the structural properties of MSU -1 were studied.
