Mq(k)表示q元(n,qk,d)最大距离可分(maximum distance separable, MDS)码的最大码长, 其中q,k为参数.讨论Mq(k)的性质, 得到Mq(k)的新的上界.

Abstract

Let Mq(k) be the maximum length of qary (n,qk,d) maximum distance separable （MDS） codes with parameters q and k. Properties of Mq(k) are studied, and some new upper bounds of Mq(k) are obtained.
