摘要

提出一种改进的自适应区域分解时域有限差分(improved adaptive domain decomposition finite difference time domain, IADD-FDTD)算法.该算法通过对检测面上的电压值进行自适应边界检测,消除了检测面上电场值不稳定而带来的计算误差;还可得到更多分区,提高了计算速度.对三维微带互连结构的分析结果验证了该算法的正确性和有效性.

Abstract

This paper proposes an improved adaptive domain decomposition finite-difference time-domain (IADD-FDTD) method. We apply an adaptive boundary test to the voltage on the boundary. The new algorithm avoids computational error caused by instability of electric field intensity on the test boundaries, and can get more sub-domains than the original adaptive domain decomposition finite difference time domain (ADD-FDTD) and increase computation speed. Analysis results of some 3-D multilayer interconnected structures show that the proposed algorithm is correct and efficient.
