摘要

本研究利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)对中国西南喀斯特地区岩滩(YT)水库的沉积物进行了红外光谱分析,探讨了基于FTIR方法的沉积物总有机碳(TOC)、总氮(TN)、生物硅(BSi)含量的快速分析方法。采用偏最小二乘回归方法(PLSR),分别建立了OC\TN\BSi含量的FTIR预测模型。并根据实测数据对这一模型的预测精度进行了验证。研究表明,该方法可以有效提取水库沉积物中的地球化学信息,并可应用于高分辨率古环境变化的研究。本方法需要样品量少,预处理过程简单,以快速和经济的方式来测定沉积物中的各种成分的含量,在测定大量沉积物样品时具有极大的优势。

Abstract

In this study, infrared spectroscopy was used to analyze sediments from rocky shore (YT) reservoirs in southwest China using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and a rapid analysis method for sediment total organic carbon (TOC), total nitrogen (TN), and biogenic silica (BSi) content based on FTIR method was investigated. The FTIR prediction models of OC\TN\BSi contents were established by partial least squares regression (PLSR) method, respectively. And the prediction accuracy of this model was verified based on the measured data. It is shown that the method can effectively extract geochemical information from reservoir sediments and can be applied to the study of high-resolution paleoenvironmental changes. The method requires small sample size and simple pretreatment process to determine the content of various components in sediments in a rapid and economical way, which is of great advantage in determining large number of sediment samples.
