摘要:

胍基阳离子已被广泛用于识别硫酸盐和磷酸盐, 但是针对中性胍的研究仍较少. 合成了几种叔丁氧羰基(t-butyloxy carbonyl, Boc)保护的中性胍化合物, 通过核磁共振稀释实验和单晶X射线衍射发现: 中性二胍基化合物在溶液和固态中都存在分子间的相互作用.

Abstract:

Guanidinium cations are widely used to recognize sulfate and phosphate anions. However, there are few reports about neutral guanidines. In this work, several Boc-protected guanidines are synthesized. With nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) dilution experiments and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It has been found that there are intermolecular interaction among neutral bisguanidinium in solution and solid state as well.
