摘要: 以十二胺为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,采用水热法合成了HMS介孔分子筛,系统地研究了合成条件如pH值、合成温度、合成时间、DDA/SiO2、H2O/SiO2和EtOH/SiO2对HMS介孔分子筛结构和粒径的影响.结果表明,合成条件对HMS介孔分子筛的结构和粒径有很大影响,在pH=7,DDA/SiO2=0.27,H2O/SiO2=66.7,EtOH/SiO2=6.5,20 ℃下反应18 h,可以获得粒径为100~300 nm的超微HMS介孔分子筛.

Abstract: HMS mesoporous molecular sieve was synthesized using dodecylamine (DDA) as a template and tetethylorthosilicalite (TEOS) as a silicon source. The effects of synthesis parameters such as pH, synthesis temperature and time, DDA/SiO2, H2O/SiO2and EtOH/SiO2molar ratio on the structure and particle size of HMS were investigated systematically. It is shown that the synthesis parameters have great influence on the structure and particle size of HMS. The ultrafine HMS mesoporous molecular sieve of 100~300 nm can be obtained under the condition of pH=7, DDA/SiO2=0.27, H2O/SiO2=66.7, EtOH/SiO2=6.5, reaction temperature 20 °C, and reaction time 18 h.
