Three-Dimensional Nonlinear Simulation of Super-Large Slurry Balance Shield Tunnel Construction Process

摘要:

根据超大型泥水平衡盾构的实际施工过程,以长江隧道东线工程为依托,采用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对超大型泥水平衡盾构在浅覆土工况下的施工过程进行准动态非线性有限元三维仿真模拟.模型比较全面地考虑了盾构施工过程中土体、盾构、管片和浆体之间的相互作用,较好地反映了泥水平衡盾构的实际施工过程.分析结果和现场实测数据作了对比,结果证实了该方法的有效性.

Abstract:

A three-dimensional quasi-dynamic nonlinear finite element simulation for shield-driven tunnel excavation under the shallow coverage of soil is conducted using a commercial software ABAQUS. The work is carried out according to the actual construction process of the super-large slurry balance shield tunnel and based on the Yangtze River Tunnel project. The simulation model properly takes into account the interactions between soil and shield, soil and grouting material, grouting material and line in the construction process. The results of the simulation are compared with the field measurements, which indicates that the simulation method is valid.
