复杂应力状态下埋地大口径管道沉降分析

摘要:

结合上海轨道交通7号线5标区间隧道在盾构推进施工过程中所遇到的复杂问题,探讨复杂状态下大口径埋地管道在受扰动情况下由于土体二次固结而引起的沉降问题.运用非全固结-梁理论和里茨差分法分析大口径埋地管道的沉降随地基系数、埋置深度、管道自身管径以及盾构与污水管距离的变化趋势,分析管道管节间搭接的安全性.通过理论分析,对其他工程中埋地管道及地铁隧道在土体固结沉降和二次固结沉降等问题的解决提供帮助.

Abstract:

To deal with the complex-stated problem of tunnel construction in the fifth building site of No.7 Metro Line in Shanghai, the sedimentation of large caliber conduit buried in complex soil caused by the surrounding soil gathered in the construction and second concretion is discussed. The current of sedimentation along the change of soil layer, range of disturbed soil layer, depth of conduit and change of the caliber about the large caliber conduit buried in complex soil is analyzed. This is done with the solution to non-completed concretion-girder and Lichi difference method. The juncture between two conduits to provide guidance to similar projects in which sedimentation about conduit bury in the soil is caused by concretion or second concretion of the soil is also analyzed. 
