Research on the decisions of loan assistance considering backup sourcingunder supply disruption

构建了处于领导地位的零售商以及由主供应商和备份供应商组成的两级供应链, 研究供应中断下零售商仅向备份供应商采购及同时为主供应商提供贷款援助进行生产 恢复(贷款援助和备份供应商采购结合) 的策略选择问题. 考虑上游主供应商生产恢复遭受资金短缺, 通过构建Stackelberg博弈模型, 探讨了零售商的两种中断应对策略下零售商和主供应商的最优决策, 并分析了备份供应商批发价格、主供应商自身承担的单位 生产恢复成本, 以及贷款利率对主供应商产能恢复的供货决策和零售商订购决策的影响. 数值实验结果表明, 贷款援助和备份供应商采购结合策略更能增强零售商的抗风险能力, 降低备份供应商批发价格波动对零售商利润的不利影响.

We develop a supply chain consisting of a primary supplier, a backup supplier, and a leading retailer, and study the selection strategy of the retailer purchasing only from the backup supplier and providing loan assistance to the primary supplier for production recovery (the loan assistance combined with backup sourcing) under supply disruption. Considering the upstream primary supplier suffers from capital shortage in production recovery, the Stackelberg game model between the primary supplier and the retailer is developed to derive the optimal decisions of the enterprises in the supply chain. The impacts of the backup supplier's wholesale price, unit production recovery cost and loan interest rate on the optimal ordering decision of the retailer are analyzed. The numerical experiments show that the combination of loan assistance and backup sourcing enhances the anti-risk ability of the retailer and reduce the negative impact of the backup supplier's wholesale price on the retailer's profit.
