摘要： 邵氏电影的历史可从中国早期影片公司中的天一公司算起，邵氏兄弟后来去南洋、香港发展，拍摄了大量的古装片，先后接纳了李翰祥、胡金铨、楚原、张彻等诸多知名导演，其对中国古装片的影响功不可没。特别是20世纪60年代以来，它所开启的融入了黄梅调的古装片、新武侠电影对中国民族电影的生存与发展都提供了一种新的契机，因此对它的历史价值应有一个公允的评价。而且在市场经营方面，邵氏公司也能给我们不少新的启示，一些具体操作至今仍值得借鉴。

Abstract: The history of Shao films can trace back to the days of Tianyi Company when Shao brothers went to the areas beyond the South China Sea and Hong Kong, shooting a lot of films in ancient costume and admitting such famous directors as Li Hanxiang, Hu Jinquan, Chu Yuan and Zhang Che. They have great influence on the shaping and development of the Chinese films in ancient costume, especially the introducing of Huangmei opera after 1960s. Therefore it is necessary to give them a proper assessment. What’s more, in company operation and film running in details, Shao brothers can also enlighten us greatly.
