摘要： 非物质文化遗产概念是文化遗产概念向非物质层面的扩展，其国际认同经过了一个复杂的过程，其中“宣布人类口头和非物质遗产”项目在这一过程中起了非常关键的作用。但是“人类口头和非物质遗产代表作”的评选和“世界遗产”评选所依据的法律文件不同，目前其法律地位还不是完全一样。因此，非物质文化遗产是否可以直接列为世界遗产的品类，还是一个值得慎重考虑的问题。

Abstract: The concept of intangible cultural heritage is the extension of the concept of cultural heritage to the reach of intangibility. Its international identity has passed through a complex process, in which, the project of the “proclamation of oral and intangible heritage of humanity” plays an essential role. But, at the present time, the lawful foundations on appraisals of the “representatives of oral and intangible heritage of humanity” and the “world heritage” are different, and so is their legal status. Therefore, whether intangible cultural heritage can be listed as a kind of world heritage is still an issue deserving serious consideration.
